By accessing goodworkfitness.net or submitting your information through any form on this site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit your information.

2. Description of Service

Good Work is a pre-launch fitness rewards network that intends to connect athletes with businesses in their local fitness community. This site is currently a pre-launch landing page used to collect early access interest and validate demand — it is not a live product.

All features, rewards, partnerships, challenges, and benefits described or depicted on this site are illustrative of the intended product and are subject to change. Nothing shown constitutes a binding offer, confirmed partnership, or guaranteed reward.

3. The First 500 Program

Submitting your email and information to join the "First 500" early access list means:

• You will receive communications from Good Work about the product's development and launch.
• You are expressing interest — not purchasing anything or entering a binding agreement.
• Early access status confers no guaranteed rights, rewards, or access to any product or service.
• The "500" limit referenced in our marketing is aspirational and not technically enforced.

4. Referral Program

When you sign up, you receive a unique referral code. You may share this code with others to refer them to the early access list. Referral milestones (such as badges or entry into drawings) are communicated in our marketing materials as intended program features. These are subject to change and do not represent binding commitments. Any referral milestone benefits will be administered at Good Work's sole discretion.

5. Partner Interest

Submitting a partner interest form expresses your business's interest in potentially partnering with Good Work. It does not create any contractual partnership, revenue-sharing arrangement, or business relationship. Good Work will follow up at its discretion to discuss potential future partnership terms.

6. Geographic Restrictions

The First 500 Program is open to residents of the United States. We use IP-based geolocation to restrict form submissions to US-based visitors. This restriction may be changed or removed at any time without notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information through any form on this site.
• Abuse or manipulate the referral system (e.g., self-referrals, bot-generated signups).
• Attempt to circumvent the geographic restriction through VPNs or other means to submit fraudulent signups.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Interfere with the site's operation or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to access.

We reserve the right to remove any submission and disqualify any user from the early access program for abuse of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Good Work name, logo, copy, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Good Work. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any site content without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total liability for any claim is limited to zero dollars, as no payment is collected through this site.
