Good Work ("we," "our," or "us") operates goodworkfitness.net, a pre-launch landing page for a fitness rewards network. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or submit a form, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

By using the site or submitting your information, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Email address — required to add you to the early access list or partner interest list.
• Primary activity — the sport or activity type you select on the athlete form.
• Location — city or region, provided voluntarily on the athlete form.
• Business name and details — provided voluntarily on the partner interest form.
• Referral code — a unique code generated for you when you sign up; used to track referrals.

We also collect limited technical data automatically:

• IP-based region — used solely to verify you are in our active launch area (Massachusetts). Not stored beyond the request.
• Usage analytics — page views and interaction events via Firebase Analytics (Google). No personally identifiable data is included in these events.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Send you a welcome email confirming your spot on the early access list, including your referral link.
• Notify you of Good Work launch updates, milestones, and early access program details.
• Track referrals so we can recognize members who bring others into the community.
• Understand interest levels and geographic demand to plan our launch.
• Respond to partner inquiries and evaluate partnership opportunities.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating and launching Good Work.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the site:

• Google Firebase / Firestore — stores your form submission data. Data is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Firebase Analytics — anonymous usage analytics. You can opt out via browser settings or a Google Analytics opt-out tool.
• Gmail / Google Workspace — delivers welcome emails from hello@goodworkfitness.net. Email content is processed by Google per their Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — hosts the site. Processes request data including IP addresses in accordance with Vercel's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your information to any third party.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to operate the early access program and communicate the Good Work launch to you. If you request deletion, we will remove your record from our Firestore database and suppress future emails within a reasonable time.

6. Your Rights

You may request at any time:

• Access to the data we hold about you.
• Correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion of your data from our systems.
• Unsubscribe from all emails.

7. Children's Privacy

The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy as our service evolves. We will post the revised policy here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
